Welcome to your Fitness Video Library with Rivky, created exclusively for the CSL Men's Club members.

Did you know that according to Health Canada, adults aged 65 and over should be getting at least 2.5 hours of moderate to vigorous cardio activity each week? In addition to that, it is highly suggested to strength train 1-2 times minimum per week. Here, we have all your fitness needs covered, divided into Cardio, Strength & Stretch, and Specialty Workouts.

Our workouts are also designed to bring your maximum health benefits with minimal equipment.  No equipment? No problem. You can train using just your body weight for the majority of these workouts.

Psst! Here are some helpful notes when using the video library!
1. When selecting a video, you can click the tiny square on the bottom right of the video to make it full screen. The icon looks like this: 
2. Click on a video's image to open and play the video. 

3. After completing a video, click the "X" in the top right corner of the screen to exit the video and return to the website. 

3. Each video contains a description which which outline what equipment is needed, if any. Most videos can be completed with only a chair, but some do require an elastic strap and/or small weights. 
3. Don't own small weights? No problem! Fill up two water bottles or use two cans of soup! Get creative and have a great workout!

Come Join us for Live Classes! We Would Love to See You!

In addition to this complete virtual workout library, the CSL Men's Club offers its' members live workout classes with an experienced and specialized instructor three times per week - free of charge!

Come join in for live workouts with real time feedback for participants on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 PM. You can join the class at its start time by clicking HERE. We look forward to seeing you there!
